This line could continuously supply the pre-mixed ingredient to the aerator. After aeration, It will produce the deired nougat and tranfer through dry ingredient mixer to Depositor. Then going to cooling and cutting.
The line giving a lot of advantage and superior performance. Besides, Automatic production could save a lot of manpower and fully meet the sanitation & QS certification requirements.
 
Capacity will be designed according customer needs; Depending on the recipe & specific gravity provided.
 
Aeros Nougat Production Line Production Process

All ingredient will go through the mixing head and mix the Egg wihite, Syrup and fat toghther. After aeration, nougat will transfer to dry ingredient mixer mix with the nuts, then it will deposit. The next section will be cooling and cutting. Your nougat will be done!
