Scope of application

-Textiles: furniture covered with textile fabrics, curtain coatings, impregnated textiles for bedding, tents, sails, etc.

-Carpet: carpet backing, floor coverings containing polyvinyl chloride (PVC), latex and polyurethane (PU).

-Non-textile: patterned fabric, polishing cloth, etc.

-Cars: underlay for seat covers, floor coverings and roof coverings, etc.

-Others: foamed concrete, adhesive, artificial leather, etc.

Standard Design

AerosEquipment device PLC can be programmed process controller and formula management, this database can store multiple formulas. Adopt touch screen control. This system is easy to use and reduces the chance of operating errors.

The following parameters can be changed within each recipe:

-Pump output, liters/hour or kilograms/hour

-Pump output

-Required foam weight, g/L

-Mixing head speed

-Input pressure

-Mixing head pressure

-Mixing head pressure adjustment

-Air flow regulation

If the equipment is in automatic operation mode, the above setting data and actual operation data will be displayed.

All faults will be displayed on the screen, including a description of the fault. Each fault will be stored in the memory system.

Air System

-Automatic air metering system with flow meter, continuous liter/hour display, to ensure that the main pump at any identified speed, product density remains stable

-Manual air metering with flow meter for detection and emergency, manual operation

-Optional air dryer

-Input pressure and mixing head pressure, overpressure automatic control and alarm

Reduce power-on loss

When using other foaming equipment to start production, there will be a lot of chemical loss and increase environmental costs; it takes about 5 minutes to wait for a good foam, and if it is calculated by producing 500 kilograms per hour, tens of kilograms will be lost each time it is turned on.

In order to save materials, reduce emissions and protect the environment, the lowest point of all our equipment is equipped with a discharge port, and the mixing head is also equipped with a discharge point, so that the pipeline materials can be fully recycled.

The boot process is simple, just select the applicable formula, and then start, the device will automatically select the setting data. Because our foaming machine has no water storage level, there is almost no loss of raw materials, and the equipment can definitely minimize the loss.

If the installation of environmental cleaning device, clean water and waste water can be greatly reduced.

Productivity and accuracy

Formulation management and electronic systems ensure productivity, but are still not sufficient in practice.

There are two factors that affect accuracy and productivity:

1. Ambient temperature

Aeros mixing heads are sandwich and can be connected to cooling water or other non-corrosive media. It can ensure that it is not affected by environmental factors and ensure the consistency of product quality.

2. Air temperature

The expansion coefficient of air is based on temperature, so the equipment is equipped with temperature compensation.

Cleaning design
