Aeros Angel Kiss Line Process Description
 
First Section, we have same process with marshmallow production. Cooking the syrup and mix with Gelatine, and we cool down until ready for aeration.
After we aerated the marshmallow, we deposit on the cake or biscuit and cooling. Then we tansfer to chocolate coating section. When you finished the cooling, your Angel Kiss will be done!
