1. Before installation and use of Latex continuous aerator products, check whether the solid parts are loose or not, whether the cables are damaged, whether the power supply electrical device and the electric pump are grounded reliably, and whether the voltage frequency of the power supply is consistent with the label.
2. Requirements for the connection joints of the electric pump to the cable: the wire core joints should be firm, reliable, smooth and smooth, and the bandage should be tight without leaving any gaps, wrinkles, dust and dirt.
3. Connect the Latex continuous aerator products to the switch, check the circuit and the configuration of the electric control device. After everything is normal, turn on the test run motor (not more than 10 minutes) to see if the steering is consistent with the rotation sign. If not, adjust the three-phase power connector to any two phases. After that, the cable connection sequence cannot be changed.
4. The electric pump using Latex continuous aerator products must have an appropriate power supply, and the power supply should not be too far away from the place where the electric pump is used, so as to avoid excessive length of wire and excessive voltage drop, resulting in undervoltage operation of the electric pump and burning out the motor.
