The cotton candy machine includes a sugar dispenser assembly, a collection tray and a body assembly. A new type of cotton candy machine is provided. The spiral sugar melting tube is arranged above the fixed basin and at the inner side of the sugar outlet screen, and the sugar material is heated by directly heating the side wall, which can not only reduce the loss of heat energy, but also increase the energy consumption. The large area of the wire mesh can effectively improve the wire speed, and by directly heating the melted sugar tube, it can realize the controllable adjustment of parameters such as power, temperature, and wire speed.
