(1) Aerating machine supplier(s) In the whole process of daily management, the import and export trade pressure of the blower motor should be checked frequently. If the air supply air pressure is too low, the air supply filter device should be cleaned or replaced immediately. If the air inlet air pressure is too high, the bronchial path should be checked. The reason may be the blockage of the solar aerator microporous plate membrane or the gas pipeline. Store water and clean up the microplate membrane immediately or add water for disposal.
(2) Aerating machine supplier(s) It is necessary to ensure that the natural ventilation of the main engine room of the solar aerator is excellent. The solar aerator will generate heat during the whole process of operation. If its temperature cannot be diffused immediately, especially in summer, the temperature of the aerator will rise too high. That will not only endanger the service life of the motor, but in serious cases, the centrifugal fan of the solar aerator will be shut down due to insufficient driving force. When necessary, the central air-conditioning cooling method can be used to deal with the heating problem of the centrifugal fan.
(3) Aerating machine supplier(s) The exhaust temperature of the blower motor should be manipulated, especially in summer. Excessive exhaust temperature can not only cause the temperature of the centrifugal fan to rise, but also endanger the amount of oxygen added. It can generally be prevented by exposure and avoidance of direct sunlight.
(4) Aerating machine supplier(s) It is recommended to pay attention to lubricating and maintenance, strictly follow the operation and maintenance safety operation rules stipulated by the solar aerator manufacturer, regularly maintain and replace the grease immediately.
